1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all agreements—whether entered into online, via telephone, video conferencing (e.g., Zoom, Skype), email, or other digital communication—between:

Lovequest LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Lovequest," "we," "our," or "us"), and You, as our client (hereinafter "Client" or "You")

By purchasing or participating in our programs, you agree to these T&Cs. If you do not accept them, you should not proceed with the services. The valid version of the T&Cs is the one in effect at the time of contract formation.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

2.1 Nature of Services

Lovequest provides coaching and consulting services in the fields of psycho-emotional well-being and holistic health, primarily conducted online. The exact scope of services is outlined in individual program descriptions.

2.2 No Medical Advice Disclaimer

Our coaching is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.We do not provide medical, dermatological, psychological, or therapeutic services. You acknowledge that any decisions regarding your health and well-being remain your sole responsibility. If you have a medical condition, consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any changes.

2.3 Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for implementing the strategies and practices shared in the program.We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, including the cure or improvement of chronic skin conditions.

2.4 Booking and Enrollment

Our programs are generally booked online, but other digital communication methods may be used.You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technical setup (internet access, software, etc.) to participate.

3. Formation of Contract

3.1 No Automatic Contract Formation

Any advertisements, website descriptions, or promotional materials do not constitute legally binding offers.The contract is considered validly formed when we explicitly confirm acceptance of your booking in writing or via email.

3.2 Order Confirmation vs. Contract Acceptance

Upon booking, you will receive an order confirmation via email.This confirmation does not constitute a contract unless it explicitly states otherwise.If we are unable to fulfill your request (e.g., due to technical issues or program capacity limits), no contract is formed, and any prepaid amounts will be refunded.

3.3 Language & Recordkeeping

The contract language is English. We do not store individual contract texts beyond the legally required retention period, which under Florida law is typically five (5) years for business records.

4. Service Delivery

4.1 Delivery Format

Our services may be delivered in phases, modules, or structured group sessions, depending on the program’s design.

4.2 Client’s Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection, device, and software are compatible with our online platform.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

5.1 Pricing

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless an installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon. If an installment plan is chosen, the client is responsible for ensuring all payments are made on schedule according to the agreed terms.

5.3 Payment Methods & Automatic Billing Authorization

Payments are processed through Stripe, Paypal, or direct bank transfer. Clients opting for an installment plan agree to automatic billing and authorize Lovequest LLC to charge their selected payment method on scheduled due dates. Lovequest LLC will use Stripe to manage and process these payments. While we take on the financial risk in order to offer financial support for our clients, they are fully responsible for maintaining sufficient funds and honoring their payment commitments at all times.

5.4 Late or Failed Payments

If an installment payment is missed, Lovequest LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the program and all associated services until the outstanding amount is paid. If a payment is more than 14 days overdue, the entire remaining balance of the installment plan becomes immediately due in full. If payment remains outstanding after this period for another 7 days, the client will be permanently removed from the program, and Lovequest LLC may take appropriate action to recover the debt.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

6.1 License to Use Course Materials

All materials (videos, PDFs, workbooks) are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without explicit written permission.

6.2 Copyright Protection

All content is intellectual property owned by Lovequest LLC.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Right to Cancel & Money-Back Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality psycho-emotional transformation experiences. If, after actively participating in your first 1:1 session, you feel that you have not experienced a significant improvement in how you feel about yourself or your skin, you may request a full refund of the amount paid—provided you meet the conditions outlined below.

Please note: This cancellation policy is not based on physical skin changes. The program focuses on internal, psycho-emotional healing, and outcomes are measured accordingly.

7.2 How to Cancel & Request a Refund

To exercise your right to cancel and request a refund, you must send a clear written statement of your decision to

To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted no later than 72 hours after your first 1:1 session. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. This policy applies to:

The Brain-Skin Self-Healing System – 1:1 Coaching Program
The Rapid Radiance Reset (R3) – Group Coaching Program, which includes an introductory 1:1 session and is therefore subject to the same terms.

7.3 Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel within the allowed period and meet the refund conditions:

Your access to all program materials, live coaching sessions, and support services will be revoked. A refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

If you do not meet the eligibility conditions, a refund will not be issued. However, you may continue participating in the program through its scheduled completion.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the program. Exceptions: We remain liable in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8.2 Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovequest LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses related to your participation.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by Florida law, excluding any conflict of law principles.

9.2 Arbitration Clause

Any disputes must first attempt resolution amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
